Terms & Conditions of ug234

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to the Platform and participation in any game, sportsbook market, or promotional offer is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ug234 enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request identity documentation confirming your date of birth at any stage. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited, and the Account will be closed permanently.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is specifically designed and operated for players based in Indonesia. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited without a local licence is at the user's own legal risk.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party. Accounts operated on behalf of another person are prohibited.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ug234 or any affiliated platform. Players who have previously self-excluded and attempt to re-register are in breach of this Agreement.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated are not permitted to hold an Account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of ug234 or its technology, software, or game supply partners, unless prior written consent has been obtained from ug234.

To access real-money games and sportsbook markets on ug234, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. ug234 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate Accounts will be closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered to you. You must keep this information updated. ug234 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ug234 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have promptly notified ug234 of a suspected breach of security.

3.4 Account Acceptance

Submission of a registration form does not constitute automatic acceptance. ug234 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Acceptance is confirmed by the issuance of a registration confirmation to the email address provided.

ug234 operates a KYC verification programme consistent with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal and may be required at account registration, during periodic account reviews, or following any transaction or activity that triggers an internal compliance flag.

4.1 Documents Required

ug234 may request any or all of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or driver's licence — showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three months, showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name — for example, a masked BCA or BRI account statement header showing your name and account number.
• Source of Funds: In cases involving large deposits or unusual transaction patterns, ug234 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of the funds deposited.

4.2 Timing and Consequences

You are required to submit requested KYC documents within seven (7) calendar days of being notified. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within this period will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing. If documentation remains outstanding for 30 calendar days, ug234 reserves the right to close the Account and return deposited funds (net of any winnings generated on unverified deposits) to the originating payment method.

All deposits on the Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions; however, enhanced due-diligence thresholds may apply to high-volume accounts.
• Deposits may be made via the following supported channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet). Payment methods available to your account are displayed in the Deposit section of your account dashboard.
• Funds deposited via bank transfer are credited to your Real-Money Balance as soon as the transfer is confirmed in ug234's receiving account, typically within a few seconds to 10 minutes depending on your bank's processing time.
• Deposits made via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja are credited instantly upon payment confirmation from the e-wallet provider.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are prohibited and will be returned, with the associated Account placed under review.
• ug234 does not accept deposits via credit cards. If a credit-card-funded e-wallet transfer is detected, ug234 reserves the right to return the funds and apply account restrictions.
• ug234 does not charge a transaction fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are your sole responsibility.

Withdrawals from your Real-Money Balance are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name on your ug234 Account and your KYC documents. ug234 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during normal operational hours. During periods of high volume or on national public holidays in Indonesia, processing may take up to 4 hours.
• ug234 reserves the right to apply an enhanced review period of up to 3 business days for withdrawals exceeding internal threshold amounts, for accounts that have not completed KYC, or for accounts flagged by the automated compliance system.
• Funds may only be withdrawn via the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the method being available for payouts. Where the deposit method does not support withdrawals, ug234 will contact you to arrange an alternative channel after identity verification.
• Bonus Balance may not be withdrawn directly. It must first be converted to Real-Money Balance through satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements, as described in Clause 7.
• ug234 does not charge a withdrawal fee under standard conditions. Any charges applied by the receiving bank or e-wallet are outside ug234's control and are the Player's responsibility.

ug234 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general conditions in this clause.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.

7.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Live casino table games, including baccarat and roulette, typically contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%) compared to slot games, which typically contribute at 100%. 7.3 Bonus Abuse and Integrity

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once.
• Coordinating play with other registered players to artificially meet wagering requirements ("bonus collusion").
• Using low-risk, high-volume wagering strategies (such as simultaneous opposite bets on the same market) with the sole purpose of clearing wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure.
• Exploiting technical errors, misconfigured odds, or game malfunctions to generate bonus-related winnings.

Where ug234 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus balance, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account without prior notice.

7.4 Promotional Calendar

Offers are regularly featured around BRI Liga 1 matchdays, the AFF Cup, Piala AFF, Idul Fitri, and Ramadhan. Eligibility for seasonal promotions is subject to the individual offer terms published at the time of the campaign.

8.1 Random Number Generation

8.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or software error that results in an incorrect outcome or prevents the resolution of a wager, ug234 will investigate and, at its discretion, either void the affected round and return stakes or apply the outcome that would have resulted in the absence of the error. No compensation is payable for inconvenience arising from malfunctions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity.
• Fraud: Providing false identity documents, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or engaging in any deceptive practice to gain a financial advantage on the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence game outcomes, share hole-card information in table games, or manipulate sportsbook markets.
• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted betting tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human intervention, in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting promotional offers or odds discrepancies in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases, or other Accounts; reverse-engineering any part of the Platform software; or introducing malicious code.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider for funds that have already been wagered or withdrawn on the Platform.

All content on the Platform — including the ug234 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, game interfaces, graphical elements, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ug234 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ug234.

ug234 collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your name, date of birth, address, and identity documents — is used solely for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, AML compliance, and the provision of customer support. ug234 does not sell or rent personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your browser and the Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Stored data is held on secured servers with access controls consistent with international data-security standards.

ug234 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players via the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited)
• Loss limits (caps on net losses over a defined period)
• Session time reminders (configurable alerts triggered after a set duration of continuous play)
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 30 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion (irreversible closure of the Account on request — ug234 will not reinstate a self-excluded Account)

ug234 reserves the right to impose any of the above restrictions on an Account where internal monitoring indicates patterns consistent with problem gambling, even in the absence of a player-initiated request.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ug234's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ug234 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, internet connectivity failures, acts of government, or force-majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Decisions made by a Player under the influence of alcohol, medication, or any other substance that impairs judgement.
• The accuracy of any third-party game content, odds feeds, or live stream data provided by licensed game suppliers.

Nothing in this clause limits ug234's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ug234 may suspend or permanently close an Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9.
• Receipt of a lawful instruction from a competent authority, court order, or regulatory body.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or identity theft affecting the Account.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements of Clause 2.

Upon closure, ug234 will return any verified Real-Money Balance (net of any amounts subject to forfeiture under this Agreement) to the Player's last confirmed payment method within 10 business days, subject to the outcome of any pending investigation.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure does not entitle the Player to a refund of any funds already wagered.

ug234 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, ug234 will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the registered address on the Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to close your Account before the effective date of the change.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ug234 is incorporated.

For Players based in Indonesia, ug234 acknowledges that Indonesian consumer-protection principles inform the spirit of this Agreement. However, by registering an Account, you acknowledge that online gambling services are operated internationally and that the Platform's governing jurisdiction is that of its place of incorporation rather than the Republic of Indonesia.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the ug234 support and escalation process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
